Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Sreenu’s much-awaited flick Akhanda 2: Thandavam is being mounted on a large canvas on a bigger scale with a bigger budget, than its prequel. Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are bankrolling the movie on 14 Reels Plus, with M Tejaswini Nandamuri presenting it.
It’s a working birthday for director Boyapati Sreenu, who is currently in Georgia to scout and finalize key locations for the upcoming shooting schedule. He is meticulously exploring unique and scenic spots where several crucial sequences will be filmed, ensuring the natural beauty of Georgia adds a rich visual layer to the film.
The film’s cast includes Samyuktha essaying the lead actress, and Aadhi Pinisetty in a dynamic role. The film has cinematography by C Ramprasad and Santoshh D Detakae, while the music is provided by S Thaman.
Akhanda 2 is slated for Dussehra release on September 25th.
