On March 26, ‘s car was hit by a Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) public bus in Mumbai. A video of the star’s luxury car being hit by the bus in Mumbai’s Juhu suburb went viral on social media and drew everyone’s attention. However, it was soon reported that neither Aishwarya nor any of the Bachchan family members were traveling by the same car. Later, it was confirmed that the actress is safe and there was ‘no accident’ with no injuries reported. The car itself showed no significant damage, but Aishwarya’s team immediately checked on the situation to ensure everything was in order.

Going the by the recent reports, a bouncer from ‘s bungalow allegedly slapped the driver of the bus that collided with the luxury car.

As reported by Free Press Journal, the bouncer from the bungalow allegedly confronted the bus driver and slapped him. The bus driver reportedly stepped out to assess the damage caused by the minor collision. The bus driver dialled 100 and called the cops. Reportedly, the bungalow’s supervisor arrived at the scene and apologised to the driver on the behalf of the bouncer. Cops were quick to diffuse the issue amicably. No FIR has been filed by the driver.

A report by India Today had confirmed with insiders close to Aishwarya that the mishap was exaggerated “People close to the actor have confirmed that she is absolutely fine and there was no ‘accident,’” the source said.

This clarification has cleared up any worries about her safety. She likes to keep a low profile and stay out of the spotlight. Even though she has stepped back from the usual movie grind, and chooses to focus on a few hand-picked projects, she continues to be a global icon.

On the work front, is yet to announce her next big project. She was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s movie Ponniyin Selvan II. After the period-drama, the actress hasn’t made any big announcement as yet. Fans get to see her though as she attends fashion and award shows.
