Just like Ranveer Allahbadia, even Apoorva Makhija was called in for questioning at the police station. Recently, Ranveer revealed that he has been receiving death threats. Now, Apoorva’s best friend and influencer, Rida Tharana, has revealed that even her friend, the Rebel Kid, has been receiving threats. An Instagram page shared how a user gave rape threats to Apoorva and how they handled his case. Rida shared the same on her Instagram story and strongly reacted to the threats her friend is receiving.

On her Instagram story, Rida posted, “How do you ever feel safe when you’re constantly threatened, scared for your life, and living in a country that was supposed to protect you? It’s so unfair, the hate and cruelty she’s being put through. I just hope none of you ever have to experience what she’s going through.”

Meanwhile, on February 15, Ranveer Allahbadia revealed that he has been receiving death threats too and shared concerns for his family. After reports came out that the YouTuber had been missing, he finally shared what went wrong. Ranveer posted, “My team and I are cooperating with the police and all other authorities. I will follow due process and be available to all agencies. My remark about parents was insensitive and disrespectful. It is my moral responsibility to do better and I am genuinely sorry. I’m watching death threats pour in from people saying that they want to kill me and hurt my family. People have invaded my mother’s clinic posing as patients. I’m feeling scared and I don’t know what to do. But I’m not running away. I have full faith in the police and the judicial system of India.”
