Hansika Motwani was married to businessman Sohael Khaturiya in December 2022. The latest development is that the couple is divorced and the Bandra Family court in Mumbai has granted the same without alimony. The divorce has been granted since the couple wanted to get separated by mutual consent. As a result, there is no alimony involved in the same.
Reportedly after the marriage, the couple lived together for a short period. The couple slowly realised that there were significant differences in their temperaments, opinions, and lifestyles, which led to frequent disagreements.
Post that, they started living separately. The advocate representing Hansika also argued that the couple often argued over even minor issues, making it increasingly difficult for them to continue living together under the same roof.
Multiple efforts have been made by the parents, friends and relatives but the couple failed with the reconcile efforts. Eventually, the petitioners mutually agreed to separate and end their marriage. The two have been living apart since July 2, 2024.
In the recent past, there have been a lot of celebrity divorce cases, where alimony has become the trending point, Sohael and Hansika let go of the alimony. A lot of celebrity wives demanded alimony but this case comes as a big surprise to everyone.
