Acme Universal Safezone 9, a leading industrial safety footwear player, posted a net profit of ₹7 crore in the first half of this fiscal year, up from a net loss of ₹8 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue rose 16 per cent to ₹120 crore (₹ 103 crore), while EBITDA increased 55 per cent to ₹13 crore (₹8 crore).
The company, which listed on the BSE SME platform last month, must announce results twice a year.
Exports of ₹10 crore in H1 FY’27 accounted for about two-thirds of the export sales of ₹16 crore achieved in FY26, it said.
Nitin Tiwari, Managing Director, said the company’s first post-listing results show steady progress across the business, including exports.
The company will use IPO proceeds for capital expansion, set up a captive solar power plant, fund incremental working capital, and use the rest for acquisitions in the sector, he said.
“We remain focused on protecting industrial workforce with certified, high-performance safety footwear and on growing our presence in export markets,” he added.
