BikeWo Green Tech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eden Green Energy to explore collaborative opportunities in electric mobility, sustainable mechanisation and next-generation transportation solutions.
Both companies aim to identify emerging business opportunities and strengthen their presence across India’s evolving electric mobility landscape. They also intend to explore opportunities across electric vehicle fleet solutions, vehicle leasing, charging infrastructure, workforce management, rider management and operational services.
The collaboration will leverage BikeWo’s capabilities in vehicle leasing, infrastructure development, business development and EV opportunity identification, alongside Eden Green Energy’s expertise in workforce management, rider management and operational coordination.
This partnership is expected to provide a collaborative platform for identifying emerging business opportunities, addressing evolving customer requirements and exploring commercially viable electric mobility solutions, according to a release.
