Radico Khaitan Limited reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA and volume in the July–September 2026 quarter, with standalone net profit jumping 66.1 per cent year-on-year to ₹230.9 crore. Shares of the distiller rose 1.54 per cent to ₹4,279 on the NSE on Tuesday, giving the company a market capitalisation of approximately ₹57,334 crore.
Net revenue from operations grew 16.8 per cent to ₹1,745.1 crore in Q2 FY2027, compared with ₹1,493.9 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA surged 51 per cent to ₹356.5 crore, with margins expanding 462 basis points to 20.4 per cent. Profit before tax rose 65.1 per cent to ₹307.7 crore. Basic earnings per share stood at ₹17.23, up from ₹10.38 a year ago.
The growth was driven primarily by the Prestige & Above portfolio, which saw volumes rise 35.8 per cent to 5.28 million cases, now accounting for 53.7 per cent of total own volumes. Total IMFL volumes, including royalty brands, grew 7.2 per cent to 10.02 million cases — a new quarterly record. The vodka segment led premium volume growth, rising 49 per cent to 2.96 million cases, with Magic Moments maintaining roughly 60 per cent market share in India.
Gross margins widened 440 basis points year-on-year to 48 per cent, supported by a pre-built grain inventory that the company said cushioned the impact of rising input costs. Net debt fell ₹68.7 crore from March 2026 levels to ₹175.4 crore, and management guided towards a net-debt-free position in the second half of FY2027.
The company upgraded its Prestige & Above volume growth guidance for FY2027 to 30 per cent, while reiterating an EBITDA margin target of approximately 20 per cent. In a leadership change, Dilip Banthiya was elevated to Executive Director and CFO, while Saket Somani was named Deputy CFO.
