The Coimbatore-based LMW Ltd plans to invest ₹10 crore through internal accruals to add capacity of 125 machines a month by December 2026.
The existing installed capacity is 6,750 machines per annum, with capacity utilisation at 90 per cent. The new unit is expected to reduce machine delivery lead times, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Meanwhile, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, the textile machinery manufacturer reported a 73 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to ₹71 crore on revenue of ₹1,132 crore. This is compared to a net profit of ₹41 crore on revenue of ₹822 crore for the same period last year.
