The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) on Friday launched The Ridge, a luxury villa development in Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh, approximately 10 kilometres from Shimla. The project offers a limited collection of 3 and 4 BHK villas starting at ₹9.5 crore, spread across 11.5 acres at roughly 7,000 feet above sea level.
The development is positioned around a longevity and wellness theme, incorporating cryotherapy, red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen treatments in partnership with Evavo Wellness. Hospitality services will be managed by Everly Hotels & Resorts, covering villa management, private dining and curated mountain experiences. A 25,000-plus sq ft clubhouse will house a heated indoor pool, fitness centre, restaurant and wellness spaces.
Structurally, the project uses IIT Roorkee-led planning and micropile foundations to handle the Himalayan terrain. The villas are set amid 950 hectares of Deodar forests overlooking the Gharshi Valley.
Chairman Abhinandan Lodha said the development is aimed at buyers who have built wealth and are now focused on how they choose to live, describing it as a multi-generational mountain residence.
Founded in 2020, HoABL has sold over 13 million sq ft and has 25 million sq ft under active development across 20-plus projects in five states. The company operates entirely through a digital sales model and counts over 8,500 customers, with more than 65 percent being senior corporate executives.
