Health Care At Home India Pvt Ltd (HCAH) and QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd (QMS) on Monday announced a strategic merger of their pharma businesses to drive their patient support program for pharmaceutical companies across India.
Under the agreement, the patient support program (PSP) business verticals of the healthcare service providers HCAH and QMS will merge to form Saarathi Healthcare, a subsidiary of QMS.
The combined platform will operate over 160 PSPs, providing services to more than 1.2 million patients. The platform will be supported by over 2,000 professionals across more than 35 cities, QMS said in a release.
