The latest reports confirming Hrithik Roshan’s cameo in Jailer 2 have once again put the spotlight on one of the sequel’s most discussed talking points. According to industry buzz, Hrithik’s dates have now been locked, ending months of speculation surrounding the special appearance in the Rajini starrer.
Earlier, several reports suggested that Shah Rukh Khan was being considered for the role before plans reportedly changed, with Hrithik eventually emerging as the preferred choice. The bigger question now is whether Hrithik’s presence can bring back the excitement that the film seemed to lose amid the constant rumors.
When Jailer 2 was announced, expectations were sky-high thanks to the blockbuster success of the first part. However, repeated reports about different stars being approached for the special role created confusion among fans and diluted some of the initial buzz.
