Dabur India Ltd on Monday announced the establishment and scaling of two strategic global capability centres (GCCs). It added that the information technology global capability centre (IT GCC), serves as a strategic hub powering the company’s digital backbone and digital marketing global capability centre will be the next-generation marketing engine.
“The IT GCC is enabling the creation of a resilient, scalable and intelligence-led technology ecosystem that supports Dabur’s growth ambitions in India and international markets. The digital marketing global capability centre will redefine how Dabur connects with consumers by leveraging advanced marketing technologies, AI-driven intelligence and data-backed insights to deliver richer, more personalised and more meaningful consumer experiences,” it added.

The IT GCC enterprise will strengthen cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure, enabling smarter decisions through analytics and Generative AI and accelerates enterprise-wide modernisation. Meanwhile, the Digital Marketing GCC is building in-house MarTech capabilities powered by AI, data, and automation, it added.
