Netflix has announced that ‘Rana Naidu’ Season 2 will be released on the streaming platform on June 13. “Jab baat parivaar ki ho, Rana harr line cross karega ❤️🔥 Watch Rana Naidu Season 2, out 13 June, only on Netflix,” the announcement reads.
Although the Daggubati fans are ready to relish the show, the scare is still haunting many viewers. A few sections of binge watchers were somewhat frightened watching ‘Rana Naidu’ when season 1 was released on Netflix two years ago.
The bold scenes and crude dialogues have put fans in a fix. The series faced considerable criticism for its abusive language. And many viewers initially expected a gripping crime drama but suprised by the oversexualisation of the content with explicit sequences and vulgar dialogues.
Venky fans took objection to the bold content and the language used in the series. This propelled interesting memes on social media on fiery Rana Naidu and other characters. Apparently, senior star Venkatesh had assured his fans that no explicit language would be used in the upcoming season 2. Now one has to wait and see how far Venky would stand by his promise.
Featuring a melange of Bollywood and Tollywood stars, ‘Rana Naidu’ is a remake of American television series Ray Donovan. Although ‘Rana Naidu’ was praised for performances and production values, many felt that certain themes in the series could not translate into the regional context.
