Mythri Movie Makers is producing a coming-of-age love saga 8 Vasantalu with Ananthika Sanilkumar laying the lead and Phanindra Narsetti directing. Already teasers, glimpses and songs from the movie received good response. Meanwhile, they dropped the film’s trailer.
The movie chronicles the inspiring journey of a young woman navigating a male-dominated society. Supported wholeheartedly by her parents, especially her father, who trains her in martial arts, she emerges stronger through each challenge. Along the way, she experiences love at different stages of life, but also endures heartbreak. Each incident shapes her into a more tough individual.
Director Phanindra Narsetti deserves praise for spotlighting the strength and resilience of women, while thoughtfully addressing social norms that restrict their freedom. Ananthika Sanilkumar delivers a compelling performance, seamlessly transitioning between emotionally intense scenes and demanding action sequences, particularly the mutton shop fight, which showcases her dedication to the role.
Cinematographer Vishwanath Reddy and music director Hesham Abdul Wahab go hand in hand to offer a rollercoaster ride of journey with heart touching emotions. The production values are remarkable for the genre.
With the trailer making a positive impression, 8 Vasantalu is up for release on June 20th.
